Membership and Registration.
To subscribe to GlobalSurveyForms.com and to have access to its service you must provide complete and accurate information.
Required information will be your first name, last name, email address and password. You will be identified through your email address and password. After providing this information you may sign in and uses all the tools provide to create your online survey form. Once you are done creating your survey payment must be received before activation of survey. This means that you are unable to receive respondents or view your survey online until you subscribe and receive full access to all tools and options in your survey administration. Once payment is received you are able to sign in from the Globalsurveyforms.com home page under client login and edit change and activate your survey(s).
Payment Subscription
At GlobalSurveyForm.com all payment and subscriptions are done through www.paypal.com. To find out further information about all the kinds of payment types please visit their website www.paypal.com.
If you subscribe to a 2 year agreement you therefore agree to allow GlobalSurveyForms.com, through www.paypal.com, to take payment on a monthly basis form the date of subscription to 24 months after. If you credit card or other payment information changes in this period and no payment can be received your account we become inactive until payment information is updated. If your account is inactive because a failure to receive payment your agreement date will not be extended for the time your account has be inactivated. Once you change your payment information you will be billed for any missed payments during your inactivation. If you are on a agreement you would like to cancel your subscription you may contact us were we will arrange a early cancellation fee ranging between $50-$100 depending on time left in agreement. Prior to the end of your subscription you will receive and email notifying your end of subscription date. If you choose to cancel after this point you must notify us through email with your request. We will then cancel you account within five business days. If you do not contact us your billing will continue until such time that you choose to stop. Once you have cancelled your account your information will be held for a limited time before it is removed from our servers. You will have the option to export your results prior to this. You may also choose to not to go on a agreement by paying a one time fee of $99 and a monthly fee ranging from $9.99 to $14.99 depending on your use. There is no agreement on this option so you are able to cancel payment at anytime. Until you choose to cancel a monthly payment will be billed each month until this point.
No Unlawful use
You may not use GlobalSurveyForms.com in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair any part of GlobalSurveyForms.com or interfere with any other party's use of it. You can not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of GlobalSurveyforms.com, other user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any part of GlobalSurveyForms.com, through hacking, password mining or by any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available by GlobalSurveryforms.com.
