I'd like try the survey software out before I commit to buying it. Can I do that?
Yes, you can design your form and view it before you commit to buying. Customers can not take fill out your surveys until you have subscribed.

What is included in the monthly Subscription fee?
The monthly fee covers everything you will need to manage your online survey; including the survey creation, survey hosting, distribution tools, tools for analyzing your results automatically in real-time, table tent design software and online support.

Will I be charged the monthly fee even if I do not have surveys "Active"?
Yes. Since the monthly service charge includes survey authoring and results analysis. You will be able to access all the tools as long as your account is active. If you choose to cancel your account, all your surveys and related survey data will be held for a limited time before being removed from our servers.

What is the minimum number of months one must subscribe?
Option one requires a minimum 24 month subscription with no start up fee.

Option two has no minimum subscription but has a $99 start up fee. Once subscription is finished or you cancel we will hold your data for a limited time and if you re-subscribe you will be able to re-access your data as it was left.

How does recurring billing work?
When you sign up for monthly subscription you pay your first month on the day you sign up and then every following month on that date. (i.e.- you sign up on August, 6th you will be billed on that day and every following 6th of the next month).

Your recurring bill we be done through Pay Pal. Depending on your option choice you will be paying either $9.99usd per month, $19.99usd per month, or $24.99usd per month all recurring.

How do I cancel my Subscription?
If you are not on a 2 year agreement you may cancel at any time through your survey administration. Your payment prior to cancellation will be your last payment and you will have access and use of your survey administration until the end of the month you paid for.

If you are on a agreement you would like to cancel your subscription you may contact us were we will arrange a early cancellation fee ranging between $50-$100 depending on time left in agreement.

Note: You will no longer have access to any of the surveys or survey results. We recommend exporting results before canceling your account.

Can the survey results be exported?
Yes, results can be exported to MS Excel under View Results/Export.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards through Pay Pal, we do not accept bank transfers. An online Invoice is generated for your convenience. If you would like to use direct debit you may mail us a void check and your account will become active a soon as it is recieved.

I am not based in the United States -- How does the pricing change for different countries?
The pricing does not change. Your card will be charged in US Dollars, and depending upon your credit card companies' Card Holder Agreement you will be charged in your currency. The exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company.
